TimeTrak Time and Attendance System

The TimeTrak family of data collection terminals are computer interfaced data collection terminals capable of department and job class transfers, employee schedule viewing, previous "punch" viewing, current hour viewing and message viewing. The TimeTrak data collection terminals also have perpetual calendars, battery backup, automatic daylight savings adjustments and optional four hour UPS (full power reserve) and bell/horn ringing capabilities. Employees punch in and out with the use of magnetic or barcode badges, personal identification numbers (P.I.N.) or biometrics such as hand or finger geometry.

TimeTrak is a complete processing software for time and attendance. It not only calculates employees' worked hours, but also deducts lunches automatically, separates shift differentials, hours worked in different departments, and/or different job classifications, advanced scheduling allows users to schedule future dates, user may setup keyboard macro's to automate repetitive tasks, and previous pay period archiving. With previous period archiving you can actually go back to that old pay period and edit information and generate reports.
